Meet Our Providers

Timothy McCormick, DO, MPH

Dr. Timothy McCormick is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and has years of experience in corporate health services. He graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Harvard School of Public Health and served in the United States Air Force.

Currently Dr. McCormick provides his clinical and consulting expertise to companies including JEA, Union Pacific Railroad, Coca Cola, Coach Leatherworks, Anheuser Busch, Florida East Coast Railroad, as well as many others.

Dr. McCormick founded Alliance Corporate Health Services in June 1999 and continues to provide knowledge and expertise in occupational health services to Alliance’s many clients.

David Graham, PA-C

David Graham has been providing occupational health services to Alliance clients since September 2002. David specializes in performing all types of physical examinations, respirator evaluations and audiometric testing.

Since 2005, David has been the lead provider at the JEA Medical Clinic where he performs various services. In addition, he provides first aid and worker compensation injury treatment.

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Physician Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Renee’ K. Garrett, PA-C

Renee’ K. Garrett obtained her Master’s in Health Science from Drexel University in August 2007. Prior to that time, Renee’ worked in varying industries which included wholesale production baking to working in a global precious metals company. Once Renee’ obtained her Master of Health Science degree, she was employed as a Neurosurgical PA at Hahnemann Hospital (a level 1 trauma center) and at Abington Memorial Hospital as a Bariatric Surgical PA in the Philadelphia area. In November 2010, Renee’ relocated to Jacksonville and worked at Memorial Hospital prior to taking a position in Occupational Medicine at Alliance Corporate Health Services.
